A complete luxury home that arrives on a single lorry.
Steel-framed, aluminium-skinned capsule homes from 13 to 52 m², fitted out with kitchen, bathroom, lighting and climate control. Seven models, named after the seven islands. Show home coming soon to Adeje, Tenerife.

Not another modular home
Most prefab and modular homes arrive in sections or as a kit and are finished on site. Ours leave the factory complete, sealed and fitted to hotel standard, so what you see in the showroom is what gets delivered.
| Canary Capsules | Typical modular or kit home | |
|---|---|---|
| Arrives | Finished in the factory and delivered in one piece | In sections or flat-packed, then assembled on site |
| On-site work | Craned onto its base and connected in about a day | Often weeks of joining, cladding and finishing by local trades |
| Weatherproofing | One continuous aluminium shell with no joints between sections | Joints between modules are sealed on site, and a weak seal can let in water and drafts |
| Coastal air | Aluminium shell with baked fluorocarbon paint that resists salt and sun | Painted steel and timber panels can rust, fade or swell by the sea |
| Fit-out | Stone-composite floors, LED cove lighting, smart room controls and inverter air conditioning as standard | Basic interiors are common, with upgrades paid for and fitted afterwards |
| Glazing | Full-height double-glazed Low-E tempered glass | Standard-size windows |
| Alignment | Built and checked as one unit in the factory, so doors and glass stay true | Sections that settle unevenly can leave doors sticking and gaps at the joins |
| Cost | One price for a finished home | Site labour and finishing can add to the headline price |
Seven islands, seven homes
Each model takes its name from one of the seven islands. All are 3.3 m wide except the compact El Hierro. The bar under each is drawn to scale against our longest unit, 11.5 m. Open a model for photos, floor plans and full specifications.
Finished homes, delivered and craned in
Each home leaves the factory finished, travels on a flatbed and is lifted onto its base in a day.

Made for the islands of eternal spring
Mild weather all year, strong sun and salt air. The Low-E glass keeps solar heat out and the aluminium shell with baked fluorocarbon paint stands up to the coast. We deliver to all seven islands from our Tenerife base.
Questions we hear in the showroom
Do you deliver to every island?
Yes. Homes arrive by sea into the Canaries and continue to your island by inter-island ferry and truck. Delivery is quoted per island, since access for the truck and crane matters.
What foundation does it need?
A level concrete slab or set of piers, with water, drainage and electrical connections ready. We can quote the groundwork with local contractors.
How long does it take?
Build and shipping times depend on the model and the factory schedule; we confirm a delivery window when you order. Installation on a prepared base usually takes one day with a crane.
What power does it need?
Units are rated at 10–15 kW total load. A solar package with battery is available as an add-on.
